Pyroline: new life for plastic

Pyroline

The ever-increasing sensitivity to the environmental impact of plastics has prompted us to create a line of monofilaments produced from 100% chemically recycled plastic.

Thanks to a collaboration with AlpaplasticĀ®, we have decided to market Pyroline filament on reels produced from recycled materials and certified ‘Second Life’ to offer our customers a 100% circular economy product.

What can you do with Pyroline?

How we do it?

Through the highly technical process of pyrolysis, we can obtain a raw material (virgin naphtha) with which we can subsequently produce plastics identical to petroleum derivatives through high temperatures the absence of oxygen.

What do you get?

The filament resulting from this type of production guarantees a product with characteristics and performance on par with standard filaments.

The advantages

Through this process, there is an apparent reduction in carbon emissions and the total absence of fossil raw materials. The raw materials used to produce the monofilament are certified according to ISO 14021:2016.
